About the Student Facilitation and Analysis team

The Student Facilitation and Analyst (SFA) team at is responsible for the delivery of extraordinary learning experiences, to anyone, anytime, anywhere.

The team uses innovative technology and processes to personalize the learning to the needs and strengths of each student. This ensures that each of our students can learn whenever they want, and yet feel as if a teacher was always present with them.

About the internship

The internship will involve working with the faculty members in the Student Facilitation and Analysis group in tracking/analysis of the learning of our students and providing active support. You will receive hands on training on our software tools after which you will be assisting the faculty members in our SFA team to

  • Clarify student doubts
  • Analyze the learning data of a student
  • Get meaningful insights about learning and the learning style
  • Use this understanding to help the student improve in his areas of weakness by providing personalized feedback
  • The internship will be ideal for those who have completed their BE, got placed OR received admission offer from a reputed US University and waiting for the joining date.

    This short-term internship will enable you to make meaningful use of the waiting period in getting a good exposure technology driven online learning and gain the experience of working in a goal driven organized team environment.

Duration: 3 months
Start Date : July 1, 2013
Stipend: Rs 8000 pm. There is also a target performance based bonus or Rs 5000 pm.
Who is eligible

The internship is open to Energetic, Enthusiastic and Learning oriented graduates who are interested in the online teaching process.

You should have completed BE (in any engineering discipline) and possess strong Verbal and/or Quantitative reasoning skills and equally interested in helping others develop these skills.

We would prefer students who have successfully written exams such as Aptitude tests of IT majors or standardized tests such as GRE, GMAT, CAT or have plans to do so in future.

You should have an interest in teaching through distributed computing systems, Internet and Web technology. Prior exposure to formal or informal teaching, design of lesson ware/ tutorials will be an advantage.
