Member, R&D (Backend Platform)
The role is responsible for development and evolution of our core learning platform that supports delivery of various learning needs. You will be involved in the road mapping, architecting, developing and maintaining the core platform.
- Candidate should be from an engineering background with 2 - 3 years Experience in developing robust back-end business logic solutions.
- Should possess good communication skills
- Should be strong in Requirement Analysis and Problem solving with strong Logical, Analytical skills
- Should have strong experience in web development and object oriented programming
- Programming Skills:
- Java with strong object oriented programming skills
- J2EE Skill set - Struts , Servlets, JSP , EJB or Hibernate
- Databases: MySQL
- Scripting: JavaScript, JQuery
- Database: MySQL
The candidate should have had experience in product development environment requiring deep analysis of end user requirements and behaviors and translating them into powerful product features. The candidate should be a quick learner and have the ability to architect robust and scalable solutions. Flexibility in adopting new technologies to create solutions in timely manner is desired. He/she should be someone who enjoys the challenge of working in a dynamic and fast changing development environment and should possess strong team working and interpersonal skills.
