We are offering internship for final year students in the R&D department of our company. The intern will be given an opportunity to work on real projects that will be used by thousands of our customers.

This will be an excellent opportunity for the intern to learn about the software industry from the inside, particularly how product software is developed.

Since we are a product company, the intern will get exposed to every aspect of software development and not just coding. That means exposure to Requirements Gathering, Designing, Implementing and more importantly Testing on actual end-users and understanding their reaction. Besides, we work closely with other functions - Marketing, Teaching and Content development in cross functional teams. It is unlikely to get this kind of exposure in a regular software services company. Those who are innovative and motivated to learn new things in a short span will find immense satisfaction in this internship.

Some of the technologies that we use include Java, J2EE, PHP, MySql Tomcat, Jboss and Jquery. Being familiar with some of these technologies will be a great advantage. But if you are strong in at least one programming language and a good problem solver, it should be fine.
